DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital Product Refund Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

HalfLight digital artworks are supplied as downloadable files. No physical item is shipped. This policy applies alongside any consumer right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Before download access

If an order was placed in error and download access has not been granted or used, contact HalfLight promptly with the order number. The request will be reviewed using the order and access record.

After access or download

A digital file cannot normally be returned after access has been supplied. Change-of-mind refunds may therefore be limited once download access has been granted or the file has been downloaded. Where applicable law requires express consent before immediate digital supply affects a cancellation right, the checkout must request that consent separately. This policy does not remove any non-waivable consumer right or payment-provider protection.

Wrong, damaged, or inaccessible file

If the delivered file is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or inaccessible because of a technical issue, contact HalfLight with the order number and a description of the problem. HalfLight will first provide the correct file, replacement access, or reasonable technical support. If the problem cannot be resolved, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be reviewed.

Customer-side compatibility

Customers should check the stated file format and use current software capable of opening a ZIP archive and the delivered image file. If a compatibility problem occurs, contact HalfLight before repurchasing. A problem caused solely by unsupported customer software may not qualify for a refund, but reasonable delivery support will still be offered.

Payment disputes and misuse

Refunds, reversals, cancelled payments, suspected fraud, unauthorized redistribution, or payment disputes may result in download access being paused or revoked while the order is reviewed. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

How to request help

Use the Contact page or reply to the relevant order message. Include the order number, the email used for the order, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details.
