These terms govern use of the HalfLight website and orders for HalfLight digital artwork. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with the License & Usage rules, Digital Product Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Digital products

Products currently offered for sale are downloadable digital artworks. No physical item is shipped. Product pages identify the artwork, price, delivery format, and other confirmed details available before checkout. Interior scenes are contextual display images; the Original Artwork image identifies the purchased artwork.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in USD. The total presented at checkout, including any amount the checkout is required to show, is available before an order is submitted. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and digital access is granted, unless the order must be cancelled for a clear pricing, availability, payment, fraud, or technical error.

Digital delivery

After confirmed payment, the protected download may be available through the order confirmation, transactional email, or customer account. Current product access permits up to five downloads and expires after seven days. Customers should save and back up the delivered file promptly. If access fails, contact HalfLight with the order number so the delivery can be checked.

License and copyright

Purchase provides a limited personal-use license; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork. The permitted and prohibited uses are set out in License & Usage. Any use outside those rules requires written permission from HalfLight or the rights holder.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate checkout information and for protecting account credentials and download links. You must not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, distribute protected files, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Refunds and delivery problems

Refund requests and file-access problems are handled under the Digital Product Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website availability and accuracy

HalfLight aims to keep product information and the website accurate and available. Temporary interruptions, browser differences, screen colour differences, or technical errors may occur. If a material product or delivery error is identified, HalfLight will take reasonable steps to correct it and provide the remedy required by the applicable policy or law.

Responsibility

HalfLight remains responsible where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, HalfLight is not responsible for losses caused solely by a customer’s incompatible software, loss of a downloaded file after successful delivery, unauthorized sharing of account access, or uses outside the stated license. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated prospectively when the website or sales model changes. The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
