Glass Chrysanthemum Reflection 《玻菊照影》

English: A “double-glass” language deconstructs the symbiosis of nature and artifice. Vase and chrysanthemum are both cast in transparent glass; thin petals counter the vase’s weight, forming a dialogue of materials. The glass’s cool hardness is given the flower’s soft form by hand, while the inner cavity becomes a theater of light. Through the twin-glass structure, the piece alludes to being and mirroring: the glass chrysanthemum is an art-made copy of nature, yet its shadow becomes the truer trace of life.

Chinese: 作品以双层玻璃语言解构自然与人工的共生关系。瓶体与菊花皆由透明玻璃铸就，花瓣的纤薄与瓶身的厚重形成材质对话——玻璃的冷硬质感被匠人手工赋予菊花的柔美形态，而瓶内空腔则成为光影的剧场。通过“双玻”结构，隐喻存在与镜像：玻璃菊花是人工对自然的摹写，而其投射的影却成为更真实的生命痕迹。
